Featuring a 1/2 hp motor, this slicer is designed for 3 hours of use per day-- it is not suitable for continuous, heavy use and should only be used to slice a small amount of cheese. The Globe G14 14"; manual slicer requires a 115V electrical connection and is ETL and NSF Listed.
