What is your Low Price Guarantee?
If you find a lower advertised price anywhere for the same item, call us and we'll beat that price, guaranteed!
However, this guarantee excludes special orders, bid pricing, volume discounts, used or open-box merchandise, sales tax, rebate offers and typographical errors.
Why do I have to e-mail or call for better pricing?
Many manufacturers set the minimum price that we can advertise on our website. Because we sell for less than this price, we must require you to perform some action to see these lower prices.
However, there are three ways to get around the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) restrictions:
- Add the item to the cart (some manufacturers let you add an item to the cart to see the best price).
- Create a free account and log in.
- Call us to discuss your requirements.

Does KRS offer free freight?
Yes, most items on the site include free freight, with the exception of small wares. If there is a freight charge, sometimes you can call us to get a better rate than the site automatically finds.
But, please note that lift gates, residential service and limited access fees may be added in certain situations.
Does KRS ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally?
No, we do not.
When will my order ship?
We have locations in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee, but equipment generally ships free freight directly from the factory warehouses via commercial freight carriers (18 wheelers).

No, we do not. Commercial dishwasher detergent or other cleaning chemicals are sold by local paper goods distributors.
