The DP67HC Deli/Pizza Prep Table has a 67"; work surface with 2 doors and raised rails makes sure that condiments are held below 41 Degrees F and above freezing. It prevents any chance of freezing product with lids open or closed. It also eliminates unsanitary defrosting associated with cold wall, refrigerated rails.
